DUNKIN’ KEEPS JETBLUE TRAVELERS RUNNING AT JFK TERMINAL 5

SSP America opens America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods at T5, delivering great coffee fast to JetBlue travelers and airport employees

(United States, Sept 25, 2026): SSP America, a division of SSP Group, a leading operator of food and beverage brands in travel locations worldwide, today announced the opening of Dunkin’ at John F. Kennedy International Airport’s (JFK) Terminal 5 (T5). Located in T5’s Center Node, the new restaurant brings one of America’s most recognizable coffee-and-donuts brands to JetBlue’s flagship terminal.

Founded in Quincy, Massachusetts, in 1950, Dunkin’ grew from a single neighborhood shop into an American institution, one cup of coffee and one donut at a time. More than 75 years later, the brand remains woven into the everyday routines of guests worldwide. At T5, JetBlue customers and airport employees now have a familiar place to start the morning, or recharge between flights, before heading to the gate.

Guests can enjoy Dunkin’ favorites including high-quality hot and iced coffees, espresso drinks, teas, frozen beverages, sandwiches, donuts, and other baked goods. Built for the pace of airport travel, the new restaurant combines everyday value with the fast, friendly service Dunkin’ is known for—helping travelers get in, get out, and get on their way.

The opening is part of the $100 million T5 Refresh, a collaboration among JetBlue, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Fraport USA. Once complete, the program will introduce more than 40 new concessions and customer experiences, including shops, restaurants, communal spaces, and NYC-inspired art installations. Dunkin’ adds a trusted, everyday favorite to a growing collection designed to reflect how New Yorkers and travelers eat, drink, and move through the day.

“Dunkin’ has earned a place in millions of people’s daily routines by delivering what matters: great coffee served fast, everyday value, and friendly service that keeps the day moving,” said George Mboya, CEO, SSP America. “That combination is especially meaningful when people travel and makes Dunkin’ a natural fit for JetBlue’s Terminal 5. We’re proud to partner with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, JetBlue, Fraport USA, and Dunkin’ to give travelers a familiar, welcoming stop that keeps them running on Dunkin’ and helps make the airport the best part of the journey.”

“We’re continually creating ways to make the T5 experience better for our customers, giving them more places to look forward to before they even board,” said Stephanie Evans Greene, senior vice president of marketing and brand at JetBlue. “This new Dunkin’ brings the character of the brand into the terminal with a fun, inviting design that feels like a real neighborhood coffee shop, not just a typical airport concession.”

“Dunkin has long been a familiar favorite at Terminal 5, and we’re excited to introduce a reimagined experience as part of the ongoing T5 refresh. The new location builds on a brand our customers already know and love, with an enhanced environment designed to deliver greater convenience, quality and choice. We thank SSP America for their continued partnership and investment in T5.” Jose Cuevas, Vice President, Fraport New York.

“JFK’s T5 is one of the busiest travel gateways in the country, and Dunkin’ is a brand travelers already know and trust,” said Maximillian G. McClelland, Senior Director of Non-traditional Franchise Development at Dunkin’. “We’re excited to partner with SSP America, bringing Dunkin’ to travelers who now have a familiar, welcoming stop to start their journey—served with the fast, friendly experience Dunkin’ is known for.”
