Jag manages all legal functions including major domestic and international contracts and transactions, joint ventures, acquisitions, real estate, corporate governance, compliance, licensing, and litigation. Jag is considered a highly effective, strategic, and practical transactional attorney with over 20 years of diverse experience in various fast-paced environments. He approaches every matter with a commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail while always protecting the company’s interests.
