Earlier this month, we wrapped up our annual PASSION Summit in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ. The PASSION Summit is SSP America’s version of an annual meeting—if annual meetings involved themed dinners and award shows.

Kezia Oscar spends her days as a specialist in people data, but she has another gig—she plays professional football. Kezia is a cornerback for the Washington Prodigy, the Eastern Conference Champions in the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC). The WNFC has three divisions and 15 teams throughout the US.
SSP America’s Director of Strategic Partnerships Stacey Rush served as a judge in the DECA Maryland State Competition. DECA, formerly the Distributive Education Clubs of America, prepares high school and college students to be the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. The not-for-profit career and technical student organization has more than 224,000 members across all 50 U.S. states and many countries preparing students to enter the workforce.
We’re pleased to have opened Whistler Taphouse & Grill, a Whistler Brewing Company brand, at Vancouver International Airport (YVR). We like to ‘Whistler while we create work opportunities!’

Originally from Chicago, Marisa Abinnante got her start at Midway International Airport about six years ago as a cash room attendant. SSP America took over business in MDW shortly thereafter, and Marisa was a huge part of that famous flip.
Robert Rambharose is originally from Queens, New York. He began working for SSP America nearby as a cashier at JFK International Airport, and 14 years later, Rob is working one of the coolest jobs SSP has to offer as a Traveling Operations Manager.
Without Debbie Hrubovcak, it’s safe to say SSP America’s new restaurants wouldn’t open with the same speed, efficiency, and quality.
