When you join the SSP America team, your opportunities for training and professional development are unlimited. Our team of national trainers has a tailored program designed just for your new job.

If you are part of an airport team, you’ll receive an initial 3-day orientation which includes video, interactive learning and personalized instruction. Topics include a focus on our Passion Principles, our Service Promise, Service Styles and more. If you join our airport management team, you start your SSP America career with a 20-day Management Training Program.

You’ll also have access to ACADEMY LIVE which is SSP’s online learning portal featuring access to 1,000s of training modules, articles and insights. And, our PreShift meetings include essential training on topics such as safety, service and menu knowledge.
