But, as Sherree explains, “Change is constant. Whether they know it or not, companies are always changing. To be great, companies have to be great at change. When we go through change, people experience a series of emotions. There’s denial and frustration, there’s headaches and sleepless nights. And the truth is, a lot of its psychological. But with a little motivation and determination, people explore change, accept it and adopt it as the new normal.”
