“As the three most senior team members at Prado, Georgina, Wes, and Cedar manage their business and themselves—Georgina especially," explains Manager, Operations Hugh Gardner. "Personally, her values are so strong, and her commitment to Prado and SSP America are a result of a deeper loyalty and dedication. She makes everybody else's job so much easier."

Wes Palmer, Georgina Greene, and Cedar Sutton have nearly four decades of experience in the San Diego International Airport combined. As three experienced hospitality professionals, they are the leaders of a restaurant recognized for its “taste of place.” SSP America’s Prado in SAN is an airside interpretation of The Prado at Balboa Park—an award-winning San Diego restaurant. And without Wes, Georgina, and Cedar who have been with SSP America since operations began at SAN in 2012, Prado would not be the restaurant it is today.

Director of Operations, Kenneth Lapeyrolerie said they make the entire team so much better.

“They make the entire team so much better,” explains Director of Operations, Kenneth Lapeyrolerie. “Wes and Cedar are local guys who relate to everyone flying into and out of San Diego. They make a point of remembering guests’ names, and as bartenders, sometimes they get taken for therapists. That’s a testament to how personable they are, and they’ve created such a strong, tight-knit culture here at Prado.”
