SSP America’s partnership with Zaza Cuban Comfort Food Inc. gave life to an essential example of what it means to be a ‘Taste of Place’. The original brand was born in the sugarcane fields of Puerto Padre, Cuba nearly 90 years ago—where the first Zaza Coffee was served. And the partnership between the food travel experts and Central Florida’s Cuban coffee producers brought the unique style of Cuban coffee, alongside classic delicacies, to the Orlando Sanford International Airport.
Great grandson of Don Pepe and owner of Zaza Ruben Perez reflects on his long-standing partnership with SSP America:
“I grew up working in my dad’s diner, and over decades of working in the restaurant business, I developed a deep love for hospitality and a passion for extraordinary coffee.
