From the moment SSP America dreams up a limited time offer, to the point we roll one out in airports across North America, several of our respective teams are collaborating extensively and intimately to make a massive project run smoothly. Senior Manager, Commercial Category, Kevin Maron, explains, “The thought, effort, and PASSION we put into the LTO’s at the Support Center cannot be understated, and it’s awesome to see our operations teams get behind and excited about the Tiki Time cocktails.”

“We wanted to do something edgy, trendy, cool and retro,” says Director, Commercial Marketing, Christina Lareau. “Tiki Time fits the summer season and appeals to larger trends in the food and beverage industry. We’re testing different ideas, experimenting with new garnishes—and we love to see that our teams are enjoying making and serving the drinks.” From the look of it, passengers and our guests are enjoying them, too.
