SSP America is creating a culture that integrates safety into all aspects of our day-to-day behavior, meaning our leaders are receiving a top-notch education covering the depths of Food Safety best practices. Recently, Director, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Vanessa Cranford led several representatives from each SSP Canada airport through the FDA’s recognized curriculum for becoming a ‘Preventive Controls Qualified Individual’ (PCQI). The training was conducted across 2.5 days, and our team practiced a structured regimen of hands-on exercises that focused on Food Safety integration application.
