Alex helps us recognize the right matches. If your experience and goals align with the role, you may be scheduled for a virtual interview. We'll find a time that works for you.

Interview Prep

Your interview is scheduled! Expect a welcoming conversation with a manager about your experience and how you can bring our PASSION Principles to life in our culture of care.

Step 4

The Interview

Your interview is your chance to shine. You’ll have a friendly conversation with a manager, exploring your skills, experiences, and how you feel about our PASSION Principles. We aim for a supportive discussion where you can show how you’d contribute to our culture of care.

Step 5

Next Steps

After the interview, we’ll review everything and make our decision quickly. If it’s a match, you’ll get an offer and next steps to join the team. If not, we’ll let you know respectfully, so you can continue your journey with clear feedback.

Interview time. We all know interviews can be a little stressful, but don’t worry—we got you! Check out our advice on interviewing below and be prepared to nail it! You’ll be interviewed by in rounds by the leaders of SSP America’s local airport team. Be prepared to ask as many questions as we ask you!
